OptiSeis attended the Bucaramanga Tech Week, November 1 – 5, 2022.
The Second Week of Geophysics is a face-to-face event that will take place during the first week November at the Universidad Industrial de Santander, Bucaramanga. We will develop a technical agenda including short courses, keynote talks with national and international guests addressing the thematic axes of Geodynamics, Magnetotelluric, VMM Seismology, Geophysics of the Earth’s crust, among others.
The event will be held within the framework of the research project “Seismotectonic model of the central-eastern region of the Middle Magdalena Valley as an input to the knowledge of exploration models and development of hydrocarbon fields”, developed by the alliance, Universidad del Valle, University of Pamplona, Geofising, Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), and the Colombian Association of Petroleum Geologists and Geophysicists (ACGGP), this will be financed by MINCIENCIAS and the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH). With the participation of the UIS Geophysics Chapter (SEG-UIS) and the Geophysical and Computational Research Seedbed (SIGAC).
